Description
A picture I've drawn over the past few days out of boredom. Did a lot of photo shop experimenting and such. Nothing special.
Edit: Fixed the right (left in picture) shoulder a little bit, fixed the eyes a little, added some blush, and threw in a few more sparkles. Plus I forgot to add my signature!! x_x This is why I don't draw when I'm tired >_>

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactJudging by the way she's positioned, her far shoulder should be more visible and defined than it is.
There's some cool experimentation here. Abstract, while at the same time, nicely detailed. The detail on the hair strands is nice, and those lips are fantastic.
The eyebrows look off though. They're very oddly positioned, and a little too close to the eyes themselves.
For the white blotches that go diagonally across the picture, I recognize that brush, and I can tell that you enlarged it, making it rather blurry. I'd try putting it through a Sharpen filter to see if it helps.
