This drawing is a prize for
 winning my 11028 Kiriban!! She asked me to draw her a picture of Mulan as her prize  I've never drawn Mulan before, so it took a BUTT load of time, research, and references for this. I really wanted this picture to look good. Yes, I DID try to imitate the Disney style. No biggy. I also enhanced her outfit greatly from the original, trying to imitate the Disney Princess Jewel collection style - a style they re-did all of the princesses in (basically, over elaborate, jeweled, diamond, sparkly, swirly, glittery versions of their original outfits) I was inspired to create a 'Jewel' outfit for Mulan, after looking at pictures of the Jewel Collection Disney Princesses on a tissue box I have. Her outfit seemed so plain and boring after I finished the picture, I just wanted to make it look better somehow. AND BY GOD YES, there's a background! I am extremely proud of how I designed the clouds. I wanted the background to have some texture, patterns, and an overall good look. I'm really hoping it looks 'chinese'.
